Please cancel your appointment through your **patient dashboard**. If you’re unable to access your dashboard, reach out to our team and we’ll be happy to help.

When contacting us, please include:

*   Appointment date and time
*   Type of appointment
*   Whether you’d like to reschedule

Whenever possible, please provide at least **24 hours’ notice**. A **$50 late cancellation fee** applies to appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled visit, and a **$100 no-show fee** applies if an appointment is not canceled.
